ISSUE 23 - Alignment Requires Movement
One thing I’ve noticed, consistently, about growth… and about new opportunities entering your life… is your ability to release what is no longer aligned. The patterns, the people, the jobs. The versions of you that no longer fit. And not just noticing it… but your willingness to act when you feel that inner knowing. Because you will feel it.
That quiet nudge. That shift in your body. That moment where something just… doesn’t sit the same anymore. And for a while, you’ll see it clearly. The misalignment, the patterns repeating. The things that no longer reflect who you are becoming.
But here’s the truth: Those patterns will continue for as long as you allow them to. Until the moment comes where you decide to move. God… the universe… source, will always give you the signals. But it is up to you to move in the direction of them. And sometimes those decisions are big. Leaving a relationship, walking away from a job. Letting go of people you once loved. Changing your environment.
And sometimes… they’re small. The daily choices, the habits, the things you tolerate. What you eat, who you let back into your life. The moments you stay silent when you know something isn’t right. Because every time you stay in something that is out of alignment… you are telling your life, “This is what I’m available for.” And over time, that creates pain. Not because you’re doing something wrong… but because misalignment will always create pressure. And pressure… creates change.
It’s one thing to speak about the life you want to create. To say who you want to be. But it is your actions, your daily decisions, that define you. The way you move through the world. The moments you choose to speak up. The moments you choose to walk away. The moments you choose yourself. That is what creates your life. And yes… sometimes choosing yourself disrupts things. It disrupts relationships, family dynamics, expectations. But honoring yourself is the most powerful thing you can do, not just for you… but for everyone around you.
Because when you live in alignment, you don’t just change your life… you give others permission to do the same. This life is not something happening to you. It is something you are co-creating. With God. With the universe. With something greater than you. But also… with your choices.
This week, I had to make one of those decisions. One that I knew, without a doubt, was right. Even though it was unknown. Even though it was uncomfortable. And something I want to be clear about… I didn’t arrive at that decision just by thinking about it. I moved through it. I went on walks, I got into my body, I created space to actually feel what was coming up instead of trying to analyze it.
I set my Mirror Word, an energy I chose to embody each day, and instead of just saying it… I moved with it. Through my walks, through my alignment rituals, through consistently returning to the energy of where I knew I was meant to go.
Because movement isn’t just physical. It’s how you process, how you regulate, how you create space for truth to surface. And what I’ve learned is this: Clarity doesn’t come from sitting still and overthinking. It comes from creating space for your body to regulate, so that what is true can actually rise to the surface. Because when you’re overwhelmed… when you’re looping in your mind… you can’t hear your intuition clearly.
But when you move, when you shift your state, when you come back into alignment with yourself… the answers come faster. Cleaner. Stronger. And then the decision becomes obvious. Not easier… but clear. The more connected I am to my body, the more regulated I am… the more I trust what I feel. The faster I can move. The more aligned my decisions become. Because the right decision is not always the easiest one. But that doesn’t make it wrong.
You are not here to stay in what feels familiar. You are here to grow, to expand, to become. And sometimes… the most uncomfortable decisions are the ones that lead you to the most aligned version of your life.
So if you’re in a moment right now where something feels unclear… don’t just sit and think about it. Move. Choose an energy. Step into your body. Create space for it to surface. Because the answer you’re looking for… isn’t something you have to force. It’s something you have to make space to receive.
Your life does not take years to change. It changes the moment you decide to stay in alignment with who you truly are… and the life you are here to build.
So this week… remind yourself: You are worthy of the hard decisions. Because on the other side of every aligned choice… is a version of your life that expands beyond anything you could have planned. Every time I’ve removed something that wasn’t aligned… the expansion that followed was greater than anything I could have expected. And that’s the beauty of co-creating with God… with the universe… with something greater than you.
Regulate your body.
Move your energy.
Expand your life.
