*MIM Wednesday Walk — Our Weekly Live Ritual*

Every Wednesday at 9:30am, we gather at Neptune beach, Jacksonville FL (between One Ocean & Seahorse Oceanfront Inn) for a somatic, movement-based ritual that brings the Manifest in Motion™ pillars to life.

What to expect:

• Mirror Word in the sand: your intention for the walk

• Movement Ritual: a slow, grounding walk to regulate your nervous system

• Reflection Ritual: a mid-walk somatic prompt to bring you into your body

• Release Practice: write what you’re ready to let go of in the sand at the water’s edge, at the end of the walk

• Nature Alignment: let the ocean wash it away

• Elevation Ritual: one breath to anchor who you’re becoming
