ISSUE 22 - When Life Reorganizes Itself
There’s a moment in growth that doesn’t look like expansion. It looks like things… shifting, rearranging. Quietly falling out of alignment. And if you’re not grounded in yourself, it can feel like something is going wrong. But this week reminded me… nothing was going wrong. Everything was repositioning.
I had a full week to myself. No schedule to rush into. No roles to immediately step back into. Just space. And in that space, things became clear. Not because I forced clarity… but because I finally gave it room to land.
There are seasons where you build something that becomes a part of you. A place, a routine, a version of yourself. And for me, that was a space where I rebuilt my body. Where I showed up consistently. Where I became disciplined. Where I proved something to myself. But growth doesn’t ask you to stay where you became someone. It asks you to recognize when you’re no longer that version of you.
And that can feel… uncomfortable. Because it’s not always a dramatic ending. It’s a quiet knowing. A feeling that something no longer fits the way it once did. The energy shifts. The alignment shifts. You shift.
This week, I didn’t force anything. I didn’t try to control outcomes. I didn’t try to hold onto what felt familiar. I moved, I explored, I allowed myself to step into new spaces that felt more aligned with who I am becoming. And what I found was this, when you stop forcing… what’s meant for you begins to unfold naturally.
Growth continues to happen daily. And movement of your energy isn’t optional… it’s required. Because it’s what stabilizes who you are today with who you are becoming. As you grow into bigger dreams, bigger possibilities, and deeper alignment with your most authentic self… something else happens. People shift. Opportunities shift. And sometimes… they remove themselves entirely. Not because you forced anything. But because you started observing. You noticed how they move. How their energy responds to yours. What feels aligned… and what no longer does. And without needing to push… they fall away.
And here’s the part most people don’t talk about, as things fall away… new things don’t just replace them. They expand you. New people. New opportunities. New paths you never could have planned. They enter naturally, in alignment with the version of you you’re stepping into.
Because as your frequency shifts… your life reorganizes to match it. And with that comes a responsibility, to make space. To release what no longer aligns so you can fully receive what’s trying to enter.
There’s a level of trust required here. Trusting the unknown. Trusting what God has in store for you. Trusting what the universe, God, is unfolding before you can fully see it. Because the truth is… the braver you are to step into your authenticity… into the unknown… into what’s still becoming… the more life begins to meet you there. More beautifully, more fully, more expansively than you could have ever planned.
You don’t have to force your way into what’s next. But you also don’t stop moving. You trust the shift… and you meet it with aligned action. Because sometimes growth looks like holding on. But sometimes… It looks like having the courage to walk away from what once built you so you can fully step into what’s building you now.
Regulate your body.
Move your energy.
Expand your life.
