ISSUE 27 - Becoming Before Evidence

There’s a very specific kind of trust required when your external reality hasn’t caught up to what your soul already knows is coming.  This week, I found myself leaning deeper into that trust.  Not blind hope.  Not delusion.  But embodied belief.  The kind where you continue showing up before the evidence arrives. The kind where you move as the version of yourself who already knows she is worthy of the life she’s calling in.

This week, I put myself out there in a way that honestly felt vulnerable, expansive, and exciting all at once. I also officially aligned with a creative team to help bring the next evolution of T-flection to life. Both moments felt significant for different reasons, but what connected them was this deeper realization:  Manifestation is not passive.  It’s movement.  It’s becoming.  It’s continuing to take aligned action even when your current reality hasn’t fully reflected back the outcome yet.  But what made these moments feel so significant wasn’t just the opportunities themselves,  it was everything I had to release internally in order to fully step into them.

It required me to confront old patterns and stories I had carried for years about what I was capable of accomplishing, how my body looked, and whether I was truly worthy of being seen. It brought me face-to-face with pieces of myself that had been shaped by past relationships, moments that made me feel small, inadequate, unseen, or not enough.  And for the first time in a long time, instead of shrinking myself to fit those narratives, I released them… Fully.

What surprised me most was not the external opportunity itself, but the feeling that came from finally allowing myself to embody confidence without apology. I have never felt more aligned with who I am, where I am in my life, or what I know I am capable of creating.  The act of putting myself out there became so much bigger than the outcome. It became a statement to myself, to the universe, and to other women who may be carrying similar wounds, that even after heartbreak, rejection, insecurity, or moments that made you question your worth, you are still allowed to expand.  You are still allowed to take up space.  You are still allowed to become.

Because I think so many people wait to feel confident, worthy, chosen, successful, loved, or ready before they begin embodying the energy of the life they desire. But the truth is, embodiment often comes first.  The movement comes first.  The belief comes first.  You start moving differently before life fully changes around you.  That’s the bridge.

Lately, I’ve been asking myself, what would the version of me who already has these things be doing today?  How would she move through the world?  What boundaries would she hold?  What risks would she take?  What would she stop settling for?  How would she care for her body, her mind, and her energy?

Because this life is co-creative.  We cannot control every external outcome, every person, or every timeline. But life is constantly communicating with us through our experiences. Through discomfort. Through alignment. Through rejection. Through expansion. Through intuition.

It’s feedback.  It’s direction.  It’s movement.  The universe, God, energy, whatever language resonates with you, is constantly revealing where you are being asked to grow, trust, release, or evolve next.

There is something incredibly powerful about learning how to alchemize pain into power. About refusing to let the experiences that once broke you become the final definition of who you are. And honestly, this season of my life has reminded me that some of the most fulfilling moments are not when everything becomes perfect externally, but when you realize how deeply you’ve transformed internally.

And I truly believe this, when you continue regulating your body, moving your energy, and embodying the version of yourself you’re becoming before the results fully arrive… your reality eventually begins to shift to meet you there.

Not always on your timeline.  But often in ways more extraordinary than you could have imagined.  That’s the beauty of it.  That’s where miracles begin to feel real.

Regulate your body.

Move your energy.

Expand your life.
